Teacher gift/ Craft Idea

What are your kids giving their teachers for an end of the year Thank You gift?

I wasn't sure until now. I couldn't come up with an idea that wouldn't cost me a fortune considering my son has 5 teachers in his pre- K  class. Then I came across a website called Happy Mail for kids. It is a personalised mailing business, that sends mail to kids.

What's Included in a mail kit?
  • personalized letter
  • lots of fun stickers
  • an easy to make craft
  • recipes for busy families
  • a message from You
  • and more!

On their site they have a bunch of cool craft ideas for kids. One of the crafts was a coffee mug full of cookies.Basically you get a plain white coffee mug from the dollar store, let your kids paint it with craft paint, fill with some yummy home made cookies. Wrap in clear plastic and tie a bow around it. Done. A cute Thank You gift for under $5.00

This is what I need. I am craft-impaired. So give me a to-do list and exact directions. :-D Thanks for stopping by my blog.

I'm all about baking brownies and giving it to the teachers in a special tin.

When the kids get older, perhaps I'll make a batch of 'special' brownies for the cool teachers. heh.

Always thinking, I am...

That's a good idea. Esp. because kids like to make things. and it would be really special because it was made by them for the teacher.

Stopping by from comment challenge. Thanks for sharing.

That's a cute idea! I hadn't thought of mailing a letter to my kids through the mail... I may have to try something like that.
