Being organized is probably the hardest part. The night before I go shopping I sit down, go through the fliers circle everything I am going to buy. I them make a shopping list. I do most of my shopping in one store. I price match every thing to the weekly fliers so that I get the best deal. So on my shopping list I write the name of the product, the quanity I am buying, the price, name of the flier I am price matching to, and the amount of coupons I am using. I paperclip all the like coupons together. Takes alot of time but well worth it :)

once you get used to sprite, you can try to switch to seltzer water - I used to drink soda years ago and gave it up. I LOVE seltzer water though when I feel like I need some carbonation. It's funny too b/c when I was sick a few weeks ago I tried to drink ginger ale and didn't like it at all - you'll get used to it :) Good luck!

don't know if my last comment posted or not. My son is 18 months old and just starting to verbalize. He's been signing since he was 11 months though. My favorite sign: diaper change. He will sometimes even tell me when he's dry and then I check 5 min later and he soiled it. Great start to potty training!

I sign with my son and he is jsut starting to verbalize at 18 months. But I've been communicating with him since he was 11 months old. My favorite sign that he knows: diaper change. He will often tell me if he wants one but sometimes he will even tell me before he needs one! I check his diaper and it's dry but then within about 5 minutes he's soiled it. Fantastic start to potty training!

Michelle, I had the same issue with my 6 year old daughter. After about 3-4 months (approx 2-3 bottles) we noticed her teeth getting brown. We could not figure out what the heck could be causing it. Me are crazy when it comes to having our kids brush and take care of their teeth as well as eating healthy (no sodas, or junk food) Then we had the worst of the worst occur - She came home crying becuase some kids in her class had noticed and made fun of her. Do i fault myself for not doing more research on a product before letting my daughter use it?? Would have never thought that a product designed to keep your childs mouth clean and healthy would do this. Please, if you or anyone out there reads this, please email me and let me know how you resolved the browning issue. Obviously we discontinued the use of it and have taken pictures to send to Listerine as well.
